Because each item is produced specifically for your order, our refund policy is limited to cases where an issue is confirmed.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are only granted in the following situations:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong product was received

  • A manufacturing defect is identified

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations

As Dom Club pieces are made in limited drops and produced on demand, refunds are not granted for:

  • Wrong size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping details provided at checkout

  • Normal wear and tear

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
